Block Print Cotton Midi Dresses for Women

A midi dress is easy to wear. You don’t have to match a top and a bottom. Put it on, wear your sandals, and you are ready.

Our midi dresses are printed by hand in Jaipur on cotton. We press a wooden block dipped in colour onto the cloth, many times, to make the pattern. So no two dresses look exactly the same. We start stitching only after you order. If the standard sizes don’t fit, send us your measurements and we will make the dress to fit you. Why we use cotton

Cotton is soft and light. It does not feel hot like some other fabrics. We also find that block prints look good on it. Our cotton midi dresses are a good choice for a day out, meeting friends, visiting family or attending a festival.

Which colour to choose

Honestly, any of the three works. If you wear a lot of different colours, brown is the easiest because it sits well with most things. Green and blue are better if you want the dress to stand out a little.

Size and fit

Not every body fits a standard size. So we can stitch to your measurements. Look at the Size Guide, take your measurements, and send them to us. If you have a doubt about any measurement, ask us before you send it.

How to wear it

For daily wear, flat sandals and small earrings are enough. For the evening, jhumkas and a small purse look good. If it’s cold, a cardigan over it works too. Want a longer dress? Look at our full-length dresses.

How to care for it

Dry clean only. This keeps the print and the colour looking good.
