Once you place an order, our artisans hand block print and stitch your outfit specifically for you. This means production begins only after your order is confirmed, ensuring quality over mass production.
Made-to-order pieces typically take 10-15 working days to craft, plus shipping time based on your location. Bridal and heavily customized orders may take longer - we'll confirm an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Yes, most of our pieces can be customized in size and, in some cases, color or dupatta style. Reach out to us via the contact page or WhatsApp with your requirements before ordering, and we'll confirm if customization is possible for that piece.
Since production begins soon after confirmation, cancellations or changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Since our pieces are made to order, we can stitch to your exact measurements in most cases. Mention this in the order notes or contact us before ordering so we can accommodate custom measurements.

Yes, we offer shipping pan-India. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Currently we primarily ship within India. For international orders, please contact us directly to check availability and shipping costs for your location.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.
Since each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a resolution.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping damage, as verified by our team. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
Our pieces are primarily crafted from soft, breathable cotton, hand block printed using traditional Indian techniques.
We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water separately to preserve the print and color. Avoid harsh detergents, direct sunlight while drying, and machine washing where possible.
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
COD availability depends on your delivery pincode and will be shown at checkout if applicable to your location.
